- The main tournament will begin at 3 pm Saturday, March 24th, 2012 and will end on Sunday, March 25th, 2012 at 3 pm - The inscriptions are opened to all within the limits of an acceptable maximum number by the infrastructure, defined by the organizer in 200 persons. - Is valid only a paid registration with Paypal, it's the same as for the reservation of the various services - 3 places by country are automatically reserved, in the order of the IFPA classification. The following inscriptions are registered in a chronologic order. - In case of cancellation of the tournament, the inscriptions and reservations will be paid off in their entirety by Paypal - After February 1st, 2012, no refund for a registered player cancellation for the tournament, or having reserved for a room. - All the pinball machines given for this tournament are in free access for the registered players for 24 hours. Their access is strictly reserved for registred players. - Rooms are individually reserved, so each tenant is responsible for damages inside his room. It's the same for the common places. - No smoking in all the covered places. - It is asked for everyone to respect other players and staff, in order to everybody takes advantage of this meeting. ---------------------------------------------------------------- - At any time, the organization reserves the right to eliminate or to replace a pinball machine of the alignment. However, the scores of a pinball machine not having been available at least 18 hours on 24 will not count for the general classification. - In case of breakdown on a pinball machine, call a referee who will switch off the game and contact the technician to fix it. The referee will deduct the duration of unavailability of the machine. - If a ball remains blocked on the playfield, call the referee who will open the machine to put back the ball in launch-ball ramp. The referee will ask the player to be ready for closing the coindoor. - In case of breakdown of electricity, the scores being protected in machines, current parts will be cancelled, players can play a new game on the same pinball machine as soon as electricity is back. - After 12 hours, half of the pinball machines will be switched off during 1 hour by the technicians To verify them, clean and let cool reels. - At 13 hours, the other half will be switched off during 1 hour. - No extraball for pinball machines allowing it. - "Medium” regulation for the majority of pinball machines, to favor the game. ----------------------------------------------------------- - The identification of the players is made by 3 letters and/or figures which will be given by the staff for each registred player. - Every player have seen to use those 3 letters for high scores registration on all pinball machines for the tournament, those are used for the establishment of the general classification. - It is forbidden to play two times in succession on the same pinball machine - It is forbidden for a player to replay on a pinball machine for which he has the high score. So, if the same 3 letters appears at any time of the championship to the place of big champion AND in 1st place, the scores of the incriminated player will be cancelled for this pinball machine. - Only the scores registered in pinball machines (high scores) count for the classification. - The results will be calculated in the following way: big champion=100pts, 1st place=90, 2nd place=80pts, 3rd place=70pts, 4th place (if registered by the pinball machine) =60pts. - For the same player and the same pinball machine, only the best place is valid. - "Death save" and other movements to get back on the playfield a lost ball are forbidden. - In case of voluntary slam tilt, bad gesture (punch on the window, kick in the feet of the pinball machine etc.) or cheating, the room referee will sanction of a warning the incriminated player. In case of second warning: player will loose 100 points in the general classification (100pts = 1st place on a pinball machine). ---------------------------------------------------- - The refereeing is distributed in the following way: itinerant arbitrators who report to the room referee and note high scores. The room-referee who changes every 2 hours has only the decision-making power in the room and registers the temporary scores on computer. - Any complaint is to be formulated to the room-referee. In case of discord with an arbitration decision, the definitive decision will return to the organizer and this last one will be irrevocable. Every player disputing an arbitration decision can ask the 24hours pinball tournament staff, so, will be tolerated no overflowing, at the risk of definitive exclusion. - High Scores will be refresh every 2 hours. If a breakdown of saving erases the scores on a pinball machine, the last saving made by the referee will be valid.
